Aussie dance website inthemix.com.au just got in touch with Beatportal to reveal that after chatting to Daft Punk’s former manager Busy P, they were told that the French dance duo are back in the studio working on new material.
That’s a bonus for Daft Punk fans around the world as they haven’t dropped any new material since 2005’s ‘Human After All’.
“The boys are in a studio in Paris at the moment,” Busy P told inthemix.com.au before admitting that, “They are slow, you know...they are taking their time, and they have a right.”
There’s no word yet on a release date for Daft Punk’s new studio album, but fingers crossed for an early 2009 release.
